Terms of Service
These applications (including but not limited to Paperless, n8n, Hermes, and related tools hosted under gardners.family) are private, non-commercial services operated by the Gardner family for use by family members only. They are not available to the general public and are not offered for sale or commercial use.
Use of Service
Access is limited to individuals explicitly invited by the operator (family members). Accounts are provisioned manually; there is no self-service signup. Users may not share access credentials with anyone outside the family, and may not use these services for any unlawful purpose.
Availability
This is a personal, homelab-operated service run on a best-effort basis. It is provided "as is," without warranty of uptime, data durability, or fitness for any particular purpose. The operator may take services offline for maintenance or discontinue them at any time.
Termination
The operator may suspend or revoke a user's access at any time, for any reason, without notice — for example, if a family member's involvement with the household ends.
Changes to These Terms
These terms may be updated as the services evolve. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
