Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy describes how the Gardner family's private applications (including but not limited to Paperless, n8n, Hermes, and related tools hosted under gardners.family) handle information. These services are private, non-commercial, and used only by family members — they are not offered to the public.
Information We Collect
Depending on the service, we may collect: account/login information (such as name and email from Google or Keycloak sign-in), and usage data generated by normal operation of the tools (e.g. documents stored in Paperless, workflow data in n8n). No data is collected from anyone outside the family.
How We Use Information
Information is used solely to operate, secure, and maintain these services for the family members who use them — for example, authenticating logins and storing the documents or data you save within the tools.
Data Sharing
We do not sell or share your data with third parties. Data stays on infrastructure operated by the family, except where a service inherently requires a third-party connection the user has knowingly set up (e.g. an integration configured in n8n).
Data Retention
Data is retained for as long as the service account remains active, or until the user requests deletion. Data may be deleted if a service is discontinued.
Your Rights
Family members may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their data at any time by contacting the operator below.
